Santa Website --> sub category on questflow about page 'Santa.questflow.ai'

I was thinking about this for a few days… Long term, i think it might be easier to move the SANTA website all under one domain. perhaps santa.questflow.ai

Either creating a SANTA about page on questflow or adding it to products… main disadvantage i can see with adding it in products section is it might confuse people with TARS. Unless questflow replaced TARS with ask SANTA as the go to task automater

If you did move santa domain to questflow about, you would need to update Dex website to linking to the new url

Just an idea

Further feedback and brainstorming:

🔑 Benefits of Moving to a Subdomain (e.g. santa.questflow.ai)

  • Brand alignment but still distinct: Keeps SANTA visibly tied to Questflow while maintaining its own identity and dedicated space.

  • SEO clarity: Search engines treat subdomains somewhat independently, so you can optimize SANTA’s content separately without diluting Questflow’s core focus.

  • Flexibility for growth: If SANTA evolves into a bigger product (e.g. its own ecosystem or platform), a subdomain allows room to scale without cluttering the main site.

  • Analytics segmentation: Easier to track user behavior, traffic sources, and funnels specifically for SANTA.

🔑 Benefits of Moving Under Main Questflow Domain (questflow.ai/santa)

  • Unified authority: All backlinks and content build Questflow’s domain authority, which can boost rankings faster.

  • Smoother user journey: Visitors stay on the same domain—lower friction if they’re browsing between Questflow’s core and SANTA.

  • Stronger brand synergy: Makes SANTA feel like a native part of Questflow’s ecosystem rather than an external “bolt-on.”

  • Maintenance simplicity: One SSL cert, one CMS, one set of brand guidelines.

⚖️ Trade-offs in Your Case

  • If you put SANTA under Products, you’re right: it could cause confusion with TARS, unless you sunset TARS and replace it with SANTA as the flagship task automater.

  • If you create a dedicated SANTA About page, it gives you room to tell SANTA’s story without overwhelming the products list, but it may not signal that SANTA is a “product” in the same way.

  • If SANTA is meant to grow into a standalone identity (community, API, integrations) → subdomain may be the better bet.

  • If the long-term vision is for Questflow to be the umbrella brand and SANTA just one of its pillars → housing it fully under questflow.ai is more coherent.

👉 My take:
If you think SANTA will replace TARS as the go-to agent, integrating it into the main Questflow domain (under /santa) makes sense. But if you think SANTA will become its own ecosystem product with distinct branding and growth paths, a subdomain (santa.questflow.ai) would give you more strategic flexibility.
